Job Description
Responsibilities:
? Coordinate and implement global L&D program.
? Support annual training plan cycle, including training needs survey, planning, and tracking.
? Maintain the training metrics to support training performance review and continuous improvement.
? Continuous improvement on career ladder/table for local operational staff. Develop learning programs focusing on improving/upgrading the process operations competency for operational staff.
? Champion local talent bank initiatives (Unit / Shift Leader).
? Promote Albemarle University courses aligned with manufacturing excellence priorities.
? Coordinate recruiting and hiring things with TA and SSC.
? Site Onboarding, off-boarding, and p-file management
? Other assignments from the immediate manager.
Desired Qualifications:
? BS degree and above,
? At least 5 years of HR related work experience in manufacturing industry including not less than 2 years of sourcing/recruitment experience.
? Good interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills
? Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential and commitment to produce high quality.
? A good command of MS Office (Office, Excel, PPT etc.).
? English as the working language will be a highly valuable plus
